Pricing & Booking
How much does house cleaning cost in Rapid City?
Recurring biweekly cleaning for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Rapid City runs $165 to $220 per visit. Weekly cleans are slightly less per visit, monthly cleans are slightly more. Square footage, pet count, and clutter level are the three biggest drivers of where you land in the range.
Is the quoted price the final price?
Yes. Every quote we deliver is flat-priced and written based on the home walk-through. The price does not change at the end unless you approve an add-on in writing first. We never deliver a quote and then discover surprise charges during the clean.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. Active-duty, reserve, retired, and dependent military families at Ellsworth AFB receive 10% off every clean with valid ID. The discount applies to recurring residential, move-out PCS cleans, deep cleans, and Airbnb turnovers.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Same-day or next-day availability is common for one-time cleans. Recurring schedules typically start within 3 to 7 days of the quote. Move-out PCS cleans at Ellsworth AFB often get same-day or next-day slots because we hold reserve capacity for military families.
Do you charge for the initial quote?
No. Quotes are 100% free with no obligation. We walk through the home (in person or virtually), ask about pets, priorities, and frequency, and deliver a written flat quote the same business day in most cases. No high-pressure sales.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Pause for vacations, cancel anytime with no fee. We ask for 24 hours notice on individual visit cancellations so we can re-route the team. Inside 24 hours we charge a 50% cancellation fee because the day is already routed.
How do I pay?
Credit card on file is the default. We charge after each clean once photos are delivered. ACH and check are also accepted. Recurring clients can opt for monthly billing instead of per-visit billing if preferred.
Services & Scope
What is included in a standard recurring clean?
Kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, microwave interior, all bathrooms with disinfected fixtures and mirrors, all bedrooms dusted and vacuumed with linens changed if you leave fresh sheets out, all common areas, all hard floors swept and mopped. We bring HEPA vacuums, microfiber, and EPA-registered disinfectants.
How is a deep clean different from a regular clean?
Scope and depth. Regular cleaning maintains the home. Deep cleaning resets the home: baseboards hand-washed, blinds detailed slat by slat, behind and under appliances, inside light fixtures, grout scrubbed, ceiling fan blades dusted. Roughly 3x the work hours per visit.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. HEPA-filter vacuums, color-coded microfiber (different colors for kitchen, bath, and general areas to prevent cross-contamination), and EPA-registered disinfectants. You do not need to stock anything. If you prefer we use your products (allergies, scent sensitivities), we are happy to.
Do you handle interior windows?
As an add-on, yes. Standard recurring cleans include exterior glass touch-up on entryway doors. Interior window cleaning (both sides of every pane, plus sills and tracks) is an add-on quoted per window count. Most clients book it once or twice a year alongside a deep clean.
Do you do laundry?
Bed-linen changing is included if you leave fresh sheets out. Full laundry service (wash, dry, fold, put away) is an add-on quoted by load. Many recurring clients add 1-2 loads of laundry per visit and pay an extra $25-$45 for it.
Do you handle move-in cleans for new construction?
Yes. Post-construction cleans are a specialty. We do a three-pass clean (dry vacuum and dust, wet detail, final polish) that handles drywall dust in HVAC vents, paint splatter on windows, and contractor-boot residue on floors. We coordinate directly with general contractors on Piedmont, Summerset, and Box Elder new builds.
Trust & Insurance
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. Every team member is bonded, and we carry $1M general liability plus workers compensation. We can email a Certificate of Insurance before the first visit if your HOA, landlord, or property manager requires it. Bonding protects you against theft, insurance protects you against accidental damage.
What happens if something gets broken during a clean?
It gets reported immediately, photographed, and replaced or reimbursed through our insurance. Our crews are trained on what to do (stop, document, notify supervisor, notify you), and we have never had a claim go unresolved. Replacement is typically same-week.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. About 80% of our recurring clients are not home. Most give us a garage code or lockbox combination. We log in and out through our team app, send photos when finished, and lock up behind us. Pet care during the clean is something we coordinate up front.
What if something is missed during a clean?
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee covers it. Text or call within 24 hours and we send a crew back to re-clean the area at no charge. Photos sent after every clean specifically so you can flag anything before writing the check.
Are the same cleaners assigned to my home?
Yes, that is the default. We assign a primary 2-3 person team to your home and they handle your recurring schedule. Vacations and sick days happen, in which case a fully-trained backup team covers with your written checklist.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every team member passes a background check, a reference check, and a paid 30-day training period before working in client homes solo. We are bonded specifically against employee theft, which means you have a financial backstop even in the unlikely worst case.
Airbnb & Vacation Rental
Can you handle Sturgis Rally turnovers?
Yes. We staff up specifically for Rally week (typically the first full week of August) with extended hours, same-day emergency turns, and reserved capacity for our regular hosts. Book Rally-week capacity by mid-June each year to lock in your slots.
How much does an Airbnb turnover cost in the Black Hills?
A 2-bedroom Airbnb turn during peak season runs $95 to $140. A 3-bedroom runs $135 to $185. A 4 or 5-bedroom runs $160 to $250. Rates are slightly lower in shoulder season. Includes linens stripped and remade, full reset, restock check, and photos sent to the host.
Do you provide linens or do I?
Most hosts provide their own linen inventory and we wash, swap, and remake. We can also coordinate with a linen-supply service if you prefer hotel-style outsourced laundry. Either way, fresh sets go on every bed at every turn.
Do you sync with Airbnb and VRBO calendars?
Yes. We integrate with Airbnb, VRBO, Furnished Finder, and most direct-booking platforms so turns auto-schedule between checkouts and check-ins. You do not have to manually request each turn. Same-day calendar changes are handled by text.
Which Black Hills towns do you turn?
All of them. Hill City, Custer, Deadwood, Spearfish, Sturgis, Hot Springs, Lead, Belle Fourche, Wall, and the rural cabins between. Rapid City Airbnbs are part of our core service area. One call covers your whole Black Hills portfolio.
What if a guest leaves the unit damaged?
We document with photos immediately and quote you on additional time. Standard turn rates assume normal use. Damage cleans (broken glass, stains, biohazard) are quoted hourly with full transparency before we start. You can use the photo documentation for an Airbnb resolution claim.
Do you restock toiletries and supplies?
Yes. During the first turn we document your par list (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, bath amenities, soap). Future turns flag any items below par so you can deliver or have us pick up. We can also stock from a supplier with monthly billing.
